EntryClubPass is a fully digital service. There is no physical product or printed ticket. Nothing is shipped to you.
What you receive: A personalised club invite, sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout.
When you receive it: Your invite is sent within 10 minutes of your purchase being confirmed. In most cases it arrives faster.
Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox after 10 minutes — transactional emails occasionally land there.
Wrong email address? If you made a typo at checkout, contact us immediately at contact@entryclubpass.com with your order number and the correct address. We'll resend it.
No invite after 10 minutes? Reach out via contact@entryclubpass.com and we'll sort it out.
